Fouad Elaqqari
Expert in Moroccan financial markets for more than 20 years, Fouad Elaqqari speaks both the language of the fund manager, the CIO and the data scientist. He leads the design of the InsightOne suite and conducts doctoral research at the École Hassania des Travaux Publics (EHTP) on geospatial and financial AI.
Founder of ID&A Tech in 2019, based on an R&D department operational since 2014, he built a multidisciplinary team mastering end-to-end the data value chain — from data engineering to the production deployment of specialized AI agents.
His commitment: total technical mastery, absolute sovereignty over data, and direct support without intermediary from scoping to run.
