Fouad Elaqqari

Expert in Moroccan financial markets for more than 20 years, Fouad Elaqqari combines end-to-end technical mastery — from data engineering to the production deployment of specialized AI agents — and in-depth knowledge of fund management, custody and analysis business.

Founder of ID&A Tech in 2019, based on an R&D department operational since 2014, he leads the design of the InsightOne suite and conducts doctoral research at the École Hassania des Travaux Publics (EHTP) on geospatial and financial AI.

His conviction: a multidisciplinary team that speaks both the language of the fund manager, the CIO and the data scientist is the only true differentiator in the Moroccan financial market.

Our project methodology in five phases

All our missions follow a 5-phase approach adaptable to context. Each phase produces a formal deliverable, validated in a steering committee before moving to the next.

What is InsightOne and who is it for?+
InsightOne is our proprietary financial intelligence suite in 6 modules: InsightOne DW (data warehouse), InsightOne API (integration), InsightOne Reports (institutional reporting), InsightOne Dashboard (advanced analysis), MAYA GPT (conversational AI assistant) and InsightOne Tactical Engine (multi-asset technical analysis). It is designed for asset management companies, investment banks, custodians and trading rooms.
Does data stay in Morocco? What about data sovereignty?+
Total sovereignty: all data is hosted on-premise or on Moroccan private cloud. Zero transfer to a foreign public cloud. The LLM models used (Qwen, DeepSeek, Devstral) run locally, with no data leakage. We comply with AMMC, Bank Al-Maghrib and DGSSI requirements.
How does MAYA GPT work?+
MAYA GPT is a conversational assistant based on a RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architecture trained on Moroccan financial documentation, your internal data and market research. It systematically cites its sources, traces each response — an essential condition in a regulated environment — and integrates natively with InsightOne DW to query your live data in French, English or Arabic.
What contractual formats do you offer?+
Three modes according to your needs: Fixed-price project (result commitment, fixed scope, controlled cost from signing), Expert contracting (dedicated profiles, total flexibility, recommended for exploratory projects and R&D), and TMA & continuous support (maintenance, SLAs by criticality, N1/N2/N3 support). These modes can be combined within the same program.
Which connectors and data sources do you natively support?+
InsightOne DW integrates more than 10 ready-to-use connectors: MANAR, custodians (BMCI, Attijariwafa Bank, BCP), Bank Al-Maghrib (MONIA, TMP), AMMC, market data providers, front-office systems and Excel/CSV files. The three-layer architecture (ODS, DW, Data Marts) guarantees T+0 feeding possible depending on sources.
What is your timeline and implementation process?+
Our 5-phase approach (Scoping → Design → Development → Testing & Deployment → Run & TMA) guarantees a formal deliverable validated at each stage. Development is done in short sprints of 2 to 3 weeks with regular demonstrations.
